Terms and Conditions

Each card/favour is handmade and therefore no two are exactly the same.

The £1.50 cost of a sample is fully refundable on placing an order. The maximum number of samples per customer is 3.

A deposit is required of 50% of the order amount which is non-refundable. The balance is due 4 weeks prior to delivery. Stationery and favours will not be dispatched until payment has been made in full.

Proof reading is the customer's responsibility. We cannot be held responsible for any mistakes that go unnoticed after the proofs have been approved.

Any copyright permission required for any hymns to be used in the Order of Service is the customer's responsibility.

We cannot accept liability for delay, loss or damage to goods in delivery.

Delivery times may need to be extended if alterations are made to the order.

Prices are subject to change, however any change will not affect any orders confirmed at the time.

Invitations include envelopes which are white unless otherwise stated. Reply cards include printed envelopes. 

Reply cards are A7 in size.

Please ensure sufficient cards are ordered as additional cards ordered at a later date may vary slightly from the original order.

Order of Service is limited to 1 insert sheet (i.e. 4 printed pages). Additional pages incur an extra charge.

Orders are subject to stock being available at the time. If any item is not available the customer will be notified and a replacement suggested.

A minimum order of 20 applies to DIY favour kits.
