Ordering

 Please contact us to request an order form.
 
 Complete the order form and return it to us with your deposit for 50% to secure your order. Cheques should be made payable to Karin's Cards. We now accept Paypal; please contact us if you would like to use this facility.
 
 You will then be sent proofs of your wedding stationery for your approval (not applicable for favours).
 
 On receipt of your approval the full order will then be produced.
 
 Your invoice will be sent 4 weeks before the delivery date of your order. Your order will be dispatched once the final payment has been received and cleared.

Please note that it is usual to send your wedding stationery around 3 months before the wedding. In order to receive your order in plenty of time we will need 6 weeks from receipt of your approved proofs. Please allow sufficient time when placing your order. Please also note that at certain times we may be busy and early placement of your order is recommended.

Payment

Payment  - A 50% deposit is due on placing an order. The balance is due 4 weeks prior to delivery. We suggest sending your invitations approximately 3 months prior to your wedding date. Please specify if your order is required at an earlier date.

The deposit is normally non-refundable. Payments by cash, cheque or Paypal.

Please note that if paying by cheque please allow 7 days for the cheque to clear. Please make cheques payable to Karin’s Cards.

Postage/Delivery

Postage/Delivery - Postage is charged at cost (approx £7.50 for up to 100 cards) or delivery is charged at £5 per order within Gloucestershire. Alternatively you can collect your order at a convenient time for no cost.

Samples

Samples can be provided at a cost of £1.50 per item subject to a maximum of 3 items per customer. This cost will be refunded on placing an order. Please return any unwanted samples. Please contact us to arrange your samples.

Bespoke Service

We offer a bespoke design service for £35 allowing you to create unique stationery to match your theme and colour scheme. At the initial consultation please provide us with details of your theme, colour scheme, likes and dislikes. Within a few weeks we will produce a selection of cards for you to choose from. Please contact us if you are interested in our design service.

Table Plans

We produce a range of table plans to coordinate with your chosen wedding stationery.

Prices start from £40 for an A3 plan, £55 for an A2 plan or £70 for an A1 plan. Table plans can be made to match any of our ranges of stationery or designed around your own stationery. Please ask for details and a quotation.
